Courses are delivered by highly qualified instructors with extensive knowledge and practical experience of their chosen specialism. Knowledge is imparted to participants and practical skills obtained by means of simulation methods and practical demonstrations. Special care is taken to mix formal tuition with practical exercises.

Extensive use is made of lifting equipment and loads to ensure relevance and all trainees are assessed at the end of each course.
